We have two permanent corporate showrooms, one in the Merchandise Mart in Chicago, IL, and one at our Corporate Headquarters in Ferdinand, IN. All product is shipped F.O.B. the La-Z-Boy Healthcare | Knú Comfort manufacturing facility, with freight prepaid to the continental U.S. destination (dealer’s dock or territorial warehouse) and does not include home delivery. International shipments, shipments to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska are freight prepaid to the port of exit. Orders with a LIST total of $4,000 or less are subject to a $250 Shipping and Handling Fee. As of July 15, 2022, a freight fee will be effective on standard productions orders in the amount of 2% of the List total. For full details, please see Terms & Conditions in the current price guide.

There is not a formal Maintenance Schedule or Checklist, however many of our products built for healthcare will benefit greatly from In Service Evaluations performed by our local sales reps on a yearly or bi-yearly basis.  Please contact your local sales rep to schedule a walk through or In Service Evaluation, or contact us directly and we can help schedule or perform this as well.

La-Z-Boy Healthcare | Knú Comfort’s (Knú, LLC) sole obligation shall be to repair any defective product or product component covered under its Limited Lifetime Warranty, including shipping and labor, during the warranty period. In no event shall Knú, LLC be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including lost profits or revenues incurred by the purchaser with respect to any goods furnished by Knú, LLC. Expenses incurred by purchaser in repairing or replacing Knú, LLC’s product must be pre-approved in writing by Knú, LLC. Knú, LLC warrants the products it manufactures against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the expected useful life of the product from the date of shipment. This limited warranty is valid only to the original purchaser using the product for its intended purpose, provided the product is covered in its original cover. This warranty does not apply to expected changes resulting from normal wear and tear, use and aging of the product. Specifically excluded from this limited warranty are defects and damage resulting from abuse, neglect, misuse, or excessive use. Product alteration, substitution of components or materials, improper cleaning or repair, and installation and handling damages are also not covered by this warranty. Knú, LLC offers no warranty on the following product components or characteristics: all forms of upholstery, including fabric, vinyl and leather, as well as wood grain, color and texture. Knú, LLC offers no warranty on COM, COL, or any other special order fabric used at the request of the Purchaser. Warranties offered by cover suppliers to Knú, LLC, if any, are hereby assigned to Purchaser.
